What is Project Assistant?

Project Assistant is a small software program that allows you to keep track of how much time is spent on projects. By using Project Assistant, you can give spot-on quotes for clients, and give them a detailed report of what you did and how long it took. It's not only designed for graphic designers but can be used by anyone who is working as a freelancer.

Who can use Project Assistant?

Project Assistant was initially developed for graphic designers, but it can be used by anyone who needs to keep track of time spent on projects.

Project Assistant features

Project Assistant has all the features you will need for keeping track of time spent on projects, adding notes for your projects, e-mailing your project notes to clients.

	Easy and simple to use
	Time as many projects as you need
	Save individual or all your projects
	Edit your project details
	E-mail your project details to clients

Preview

Detailed View
This is where all projects are displayed. Including the elapsed time for each project and the latest date that the project was worked on. From here you can create a new project, edit an existing project, delete project(s) and email the details of a specific project.

Mini View
The Mini View is where most of the action takes place. When Project Assistant starts the Mini View is displayed, or after clicking on the "New Project" button in the Detailed View the Mini View will also be displayed.

The Mini View has two modes as you can see in the screenshots below. If the Mini View is taking up too much space you can double click on it so that just the elapsed time for your project will be displayed.

Continue Mode
In case you didn't finish the project you were working on, Project Assistant also has a Continue feature. You can continue timing your project and enter the details for each session.
